In 2013, I founded Café Neustadt in the New Town Hall building. Two famous Prague defenestrations took place in this building. I brew coffee, prepare bistro meals, and have a year-round beer garden in the courtyard. In the hallway on the way to the toilets, I’ve stored some pianos that are awaiting further delivery.
